Bishop Euthymius of Sardis, Bishop of Pumpossa. A “Prince of the Church,” Euthymius is a pious man who has devoted himself to making Pumpossa a better place for all. He extracts alms from the wealthiest of The Hill, and distributes it to the poor freely. He is a learned scholar and theologian, and gifted teacher, beloved by the poor and respected by the rich.
Those who work with him closely know that is also a bit naïve about the workings of the world outside his church, and the much of the success of his ministering to the poor is due to the machinations of Archdeacon Peter’s arm twisting and conniving.
