Tyco Millari

Tyco Millari is a retired city guardsman. He has always been highly regarded by The Bottoms, and knows everyone. He retired recently, however due to failing health, and is not often seen out and about. He has two sons, Kaenan, who joined the legions, and Paulo, a cobbler in The Bottoms.
