Gallus Scipio

Gallus Scipio is the spymaster for Governor Calanius. He works from the palace in Pumpossa, but is little known outside of the Governor's inner circle. He is very nondescript, and often goes about in disguise, and few people know anything more about him other than that he is one of the most dangerous men in Pumpossa.

(Note: While he will take on the guise of a legionnaire at times, he is not a soldier and never has been. He is, as they say, a master of disguise.)
